All group bookings should be made in advance to help with the smooth running of the event. Tickets are £1 per child until 18 June and then £2 per child. All teachers and helpers are free.
Films and workshops during Showcomotion are open to school groups. Film can be a excellent tool in teaching the Curriculum. It’s an exciting visual resource that can stimulate debate and discussion as well as activity and creativity.

Apple INSET
Fri 9 July 10am-3pm for Primary and Secondary Teachers
This is a great opportunity to learn about how to use imovie from the professionals. We are delighted that Apple are organising a free, practical, one day workshop for teachers on how to use Apple¹s film making software. The sessions are led by Apple Educators and there¹ll be the opportunity to gain direct hands-on experience of imovie.

Create Your Own Internet Radio Station With Radiowaves.co.uk
Weds 7 July 4-6pm for Primary and Secondary Teachers
Radiowaves have devised a quick and simple way for schools to have their own web radio station. In this easy to follow workshop, Radiowaves will show you how to record, edit, add music and then upload an audio story onto a website 'station' and will show you ways to use internet radio to support your practice.
